Please note: Students have to prove their status. The conference fee includes conference abstracts, conference documentation, ice-breaker, coffee breaks and the conference dinner.

Registration fee will only be refunded if cancellation notice is sent before July 15, 2014. We will do our best to grant an allowance to a limited number of young scientists. Please contact us for further information.

Please note that the fees are currently calculated in US$, not in Mexican Pesos. We will update that before the deadline ends.
Abstract submission
Abstract submission deadline will be in June 2014.
Participants interested in giving an oral or poster presentation will be required to submit an abstract prior to the deadline. If you wish to have your abstract checked for linguistic corrections, plaease submit at latest two weeks before deadline.
Abstract specifications and submission instructions
A. Limit of one page (DIN A4) including references
B. No figures allowed
C. Abstract, title, author(s)' name, affiliation and cited references (refer to this template for guidance)
D. Abstracts must be submitted by email as attached computer files in either MS Word or Adobe pdf format; abstracts will be returned to the authors if revisions are necessary
E. Indicate in the email transmittal letter:
a. whether an oral or poster presentation is preferred (From the interest survey responses, we may not be able to accommodate as many oral presentations as requested).
b. the author who will be giving the oral presentation
